Final Payment Due: Thursday, May 28, 2026
Time Zone: All deadlines use Puerto Rico time (Atlantic Time).

Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and applied to your total trip cost.
Refund Schedule

You may request a refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit, minus any non-recoverable costs already paid on your behalf (if applicable).

Processing Fees
Credit card and PayPal processing fees are non-refundable.
Transfers (Replacement Guest)
Transfers are allowed with no transfer fee, subject to approval in writing. Replacement guest must be women-only and 21+, and must complete all required forms/waivers.
No-Shows / Late Arrivals / Early Departures
No refunds for no-shows, missed activities, late arrivals, or early departures.
