SEA GLASS LATITUDE — WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK (WEBSITE VERSION)
You may be asked to sign an electronic version of this waiver before the Retreat.

I understand travel and retreat activities may involve risks including ocean conditions, sun/heat exposure, uneven terrain, transportation risks, illness exposure, and property loss.

I voluntarily participate and confirm I am physically and medically able to do so.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Sea Glass Latitude and 413 Travel, LLC (DBA Rincón Latitude Travel), including staff, contractors, and suppliers, from claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

I am responsible for my own medical care and all associated costs, including emergency transportation or evacuation.
