SEA GLASS LATITUDE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Sea Glass Latitude (“SGL,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a retreat experience operated by 413 Travel, LLC (DBA Rincón Latitude Travel) (“Company”).

1) What You’re Booking

You are booking the retreat experience titled “Shore Thing: Rincón Sea Glass Escape” (“Retreat”), as described on the Retreat sales page, checkout, and your confirmation email (“Booking Confirmation”).

This is a women-only retreat. Attendees must be 21+.

2) Trip Dates, Check-In, Check-Out

Trip Dates: April 12–18, 2026
Check-in: April 12, 2026 after 4:00 PM (Puerto Rico time / Atlantic Time)
Check-out: April 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM (Puerto Rico time / Atlantic Time)

3) Payment Schedule

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.

Deposit to Reserve Your Spot

  • Early Bird (save $200): $1,500 deposit due by February 16, 2026
  • Regular: $1,700 deposit due by March 16, 2026

Final Payment

  • Remaining balance due April 6, 2026

Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit is received and you receive a Booking Confirmation from us.

4) What’s Included

Included items are listed on your Retreat sales page and Booking Confirmation. This Retreat includes, at minimum:

  • Airport transfer from BQN (as specified in your itinerary)
  • Meals: breakfast, lunch, and two (2) dinners
  • Hosted beach walks, workshops, and scheduled activities
  • A Latitude Beachcombing Bag and special gifts inside

5) What’s Not Included

Not included unless explicitly stated:

  • Airfare
  • Travel insurance
  • Alcohol
  • Optional add-ons not listed as included
  • Personal spending
  • Medical expenses, medications, and emergency services

6) Fulfillment and Delivery of Services

  • Booking confirmation is delivered by email after checkout (or as soon as payment clears).
  • Your final itinerary will be delivered 7 days before arrival.
  • Retreat components may be delivered by third-party suppliers (lodging, transportation, activity hosts). Supplier terms may apply to portions of your experience.

7) Accommodations and Rooming

This Retreat is hosted in a home with multiple rooms. Rooms may be assigned as shared or private depending on the package you purchase and availability.

8) Traveler Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking info and an emergency contact
  • Arrive on time for scheduled activities (missed activities are not refundable)
  • Follow safety guidance and local laws
  • Treat other guests, staff, and vendors respectfully

9) Health, Mobility, Ocean and Outdoor Conditions

This Retreat may involve heat/humidity, walking on uneven terrain, sand, rocks, stairs, and ocean-adjacent conditions. You are responsible for evaluating your own fitness to participate.

10) Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

We strongly recommend travel insurance including trip cancellation/interruption, medical coverage, and emergency evacuation.

11) Itinerary Changes

We may adjust activities, times, or locations for safety and operational reasons. Comparable alternatives may be provided, but specific activities/times are not guaranteed.

12) Late Payments / Nonpayment

No grace period. If payment is not received by the deadline, we may cancel your reservation. Any cancellation due to nonpayment is treated as a traveler cancellation under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

13) Conduct and Removal

We may remove a participant without refund for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, harassing, illegal, or materially interferes with the experience of others.

14) Force Majeure

We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including severe weather, ocean hazards, natural disasters, government orders, supplier shutdowns, or emergencies). We will make reasonable efforts to adjust the experience and address refunds only as feasible based on recoverable costs and safety.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid directly to us for the Retreat package.

16) Chargebacks

If you have an issue, you agree to contact us at kari@rinconlatitude.com first so we can attempt to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without first making a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter may be treated as a breach of these Terms, and we reserve the right to provide documentation to the payment processor and contest the dispute.

17) Photography & Media Release

By attending, you grant permission for Sea Glass Latitude to use photos/video that may include you for marketing and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing before the Retreat begins by emailing kari@rinconlatitude.com.

18) Governing Law, Venue, Disputes

Michigan law governs. Venue: Oakland County, Michigan (unless required otherwise by law).
Before filing a claim, you agree to email kari@rinconlatitude.com and allow 30 days for informal resolution.

19) Entire Agreement

These Terms, your Booking Confirmation, and the Waiver & Assumption of Risk form the entire agreement.
